The Peaks and Endings Clients Remember
Clients don't remember your entire class. They remember two moments: the peak and the ending. Everything else fades.
Peak-End Theory is the psychological principle behind how people store experiences. Nobel laureate Daniel Kahneman proved this across decades of research. At CORE40, we've pressure-tested it across 5,000+ classes.
Most Lagree classes are what I call a FLATLINE: same energy start to finish, no intentional peak, forgettable ending. The client leaves feeling like they worked hard. They don't feel transformed. They don't rebook with urgency. They don't tell anyone about it. The coach missed the moment. The studio missed the superfan.
At CORE40, we solve this with THE FOCUS 20: the final 20 seconds of every exercise are intentionally designed as a psychological and physical peak, followed immediately by the transition. Clients finish each set feeling successful, capable, and motivated to return. We close every class on an intense high. The ending is engineered, not accidental.
This session breaks down how to apply Peak-End Theory to raise the level of every Lagree class experience without changing programming or intensity standards. You'll leave with a framework you can use in your next class.
Positioning Note
Dean's 3:00 PM session is the only trainer-track offering that bridges coaching technique to business outcomes.
Human First, AI Second
AI Agents, Automations and AEO for Lagree Instructors and Studio Owners
Presented by Meredith Medland, CEO Human First Media & Business Advisor, CORE40, LagreeAI.com
AI can save hours each week, but only when it understands your voice, your teaching philosophy, and the way you communicate with clients.
In this practical session, Meredith Medland showed attendees how to build a Human First AI Brain: a simple structure that helps tools like ChatGPT and Claude create content, emails, class descriptions, bios, and studio messaging that actually sound like you.
The session included live AI demonstrations, practical workflows, and examples of how AI can support content creation, client communication, retention, and studio marketing without replacing the human connection that makes great Lagree teaching work. Attendees saw quick samples of how AI has worked for Dean Grafos, Mabel Lau, CORE40 and FitBuddha.
Each attendee received the "Human First, AI Second" playbook, including a 12-segment AI Brain guide, content workflows and tool comparisons you can use right away.
The goal: spend less time at your computer and more time with your students.
